This has improved customers experience, improved conversions and has reduced the administration burden of running the overall enterprise.

The Ultramod shop was launched in August 2009 as a response to feedback from customers of Dermaroller Planet. It was clear that an improved shopping cart experience was needed and we were delighted to make the large step forward using bespoke software to cement our commitment to providing the best possible Skin Needling supermarket experience on the web.

Not only were we keen to improve the site itself, we also recognised the need to back up our experience in the skin needling market with specialist support. We enlisted the help of Ro Freestone, a NHS registered nurse who after 8 years experience at the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary has chosen a change of career direction and is now a qualified beauty therapist. Whilst Ro provides us with the details to make sure we are offering good quality advice to our customers, we are working with Ro to help launch her own beauty therapy business. She currently offers a range of beauty treatments including professional Derma Roller treatments
